Board Meeting
Next Board Meeting is ----------Tuesday May 19, 2026 at 7:00 pm, we will meet in the Commons Area near the swing set.  We are always looking for New Board members so please think about joining us, it's not a lot of work but we do try to keep our neighborhood looking nice to keep our home values up and it seems to be working.  The commitment is March-October one hour a month.

Board meetings are usually held March through October on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m.  The Board requests that homeowners please use the "contact us" tab to communicate concerns and questions to the Board in between meetings. 

Spring cleanup is scheduled for May 14, Thursday night (5-7 pm) and May 16 Saturday morning (9-12). Watch for the signs and come out to help the board clean up the common areas.

Free Buckthorn Drop-Off

Burnsville’s compost site will be open for free buckthorn disposal this weekend and every weekend in October. Please note: only buckthorn brush will be accepted.

Where: City compost site is located behind the businesses at 121st St. and Pleasant Ave.

When: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. the following weekends

  • Oct. 4 - 5
  • Oct. 11 - 12
  • Oct. 18 - 19
  • Oct. 25 - 26

ATTENTION:  RESIDENTS   Homeowner 2026 annual dues will increase to $115 due May 1, 2026 and billing will be mailed in April 2026.   Late fee of $20 will be added monthly until paid in full. A lien will be added to your home if not paid. 

Pool Memberships 2026: The process has changed. 
 
Homeowners will need to email the Townhouse Village directly using the email address below to receive an approval, prior to purchasing the membership at the pool. They will then show that email approval to the monitor at the pool to complete the paperwork and pay for the membership. 
 
Without the approval from the office, the monitors will not provide the membership.   Sarah M.

Neighborhood Watch: If you see your neighbors garage door open at dark, please call them and let them know it is still open. If you see something, say something and call 911.  In Burnsville we have only one number to call for all Emergency or Non-emergency, it is 911 !!

The Board would like to remind everyone to be mindful of our rules and regulations to keep our neighborhood the coveted place to live.   

Remember to keep your garbage containers in the garage during the week and not to over fill the containers to prevent things from blowing out and around on windy days.  

Also, any outside storage is prohibited in our association, please be mindful to keep your yard and driveways as clean as possible.

Any outside improvements and or updates to our homes needs to be approved at least 30 days in advance with an Architectural request form submitted to the board with details. 

Storage Units: Outside storage buildings of any type including lawn sheds, detached garages, tree houses, temporary structures, etc. are prohibited.  (Decl. Article 7.7)

Storage:  Outside storage of recreational and non-operable motor vehicles is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to boats, trailers, campers, motor homes, etc. All storage exceeding five days must be offsite or within the homeowner’s garage. (Decl. Article 7.12)

Trash. No outside storage of garbage and refuse containers.  This applies to any form of refuse including any discarded lumber and debris from construction and remodeling projects. Containers must be screened from view or stored inside a garage. (Decl. Article 7.6)

Little Free Library:

Two Little Free Libraries are available in the neighborhood! Take a book – Share a book. You may visit the library at 12103 Red Oak Circle South or the second library located in the cul-de-sac in Area 2.

Animal Control. If you have questions on animal control issues or to report a stray cat or dog problem, please contact the Burnsville Animal Control Office at American Boarding Kennels, 1102 East Highway 13 or 952-894-3647.

On Street Parking.  Not allowed in the City of Burnsville from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.  During periods of snow, vehicles may not be parked on streets. The Burnsville Police Department will respond to calls of violations, please call 911 to report illegal on street parking.
